Ponics' Pantry is a recipe, kitchen workflow, grocery planning, and shared cooking memory application operated by Wolfinger Forensics, LLC ("Ponics' Pantry," "we," "us," or "our").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and handle information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Ponics' Pantry is built around a simple principle: your recipes, notes, substitutions, shopping lists, memories, and kitchen content belong to you. We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell your recipes or private content. We do not use your private content for advertising.

By using Ponics' Pantry, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.


1. Your Content Belongs to You

Ponics' Pantry allows users to create, save, import, edit, organize, and share recipe and kitchen-related content.

This may include:

  • Recipes
  • Recipe versions
  • Ingredients
  • Directions and preparation notes
  • Private substitutions
  • Cook mode activity
  • Kitchen mode activity
  • Grocery and shopping lists
  • Recipe photos or other uploaded images
  • Comments, notes, memories, or other text you add to the Service
  • Shared-space content, if you choose to use shared features

This content is yours. Ponics' Pantry does not claim ownership of your private recipe content, notes, substitutions, comments, shopping lists, photos, or memories.

You control what you create, edit, save, delete, and share, subject to the functionality available in the Service.


2. Private Content and Sharing

User-created content is private by default unless you choose to share it through a feature of the Service.

If you use shared spaces, invitations, public sharing links, collaboration features, or similar features, the content you choose to share may become visible to other users or recipients according to the settings and permissions of those features.

For example, if you add a recipe, note, comment, photo, memory, or shopping list to a shared space, that content may be visible to other members of that shared space.

You are responsible for deciding what content you share and with whom you share it.


3. Encryption and Content Protection

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information and private content.

This includes using encrypted connections, such as HTTPS, to protect information transmitted between your device and the Service. We also use storage, access control, and security practices designed to protect stored account data and user content.

Ponics' Pantry is designed so that private user content is not browsed, sold, mined for advertising, or exposed to other users unless the user chooses to share it or unless access is necessary for limited operational reasons described in this Privacy Policy.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for using a strong, unique password.

We collect information that you provide directly, information created through your use of the Service, and limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and share any content you add to Ponics' Pantry.

Uploaded content remains private unless you choose to share it through a shared space, public link, invitation, collaboration feature, or similar feature.


9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and app may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in
  • Remember preferences
  • Maintain security
  • Improve performance
  • Understand how the Service is used
  • Diagnose technical issues

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if cookies or local storage are disabled.


10. Analytics and Diagnostics

We may use analytics and diagnostic tools to understand how Ponics' Pantry is used, improve performance, detect errors, and maintain security.

Analytics and diagnostic information may include device information, usage events, crash reports, error logs, and general location information inferred from IP address.

Analytics and diagnostics are used to improve and secure the Service. They are not used to sell your private content or target advertising based on your private recipes, notes, substitutions, comments, shopping lists, photos, or memories.


11. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Features

Ponics' Pantry may include features that use automated processing or artificial intelligence to assist with recipe formatting, recipe interpretation, kitchen workflows, grocery planning, search, recommendations, or similar functionality.

When you choose to use these features, the content you provide may be processed to generate the requested result.

We do not use private user content for advertising. We do not sell private user content. We do not use private user content to train artificial intelligence models unless we clearly disclose that use and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, or information you do not have the right to use in recipes, notes, prompts, or other content fields.


12. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain backups.

Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period after deletion before it is permanently removed according to our normal retention practices.


13. Account Deletion and Data Requests

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information.

If Ponics' Pantry supports account creation in the mobile app, you may initiate account deletion from within the app. The in-app account deletion flow will either delete your account directly or allow you to submit an account deletion request from inside the app.

If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Deletion of an account may result in the loss of recipes, recipe versions, shopping lists, notes, photos, shared-space access, account preferences, comments, private substitutions, memories, and other content associated with your account.

Some content that you shared with others may remain visible if it was copied, exported, shared, or incorporated into collaborative spaces, unless deletion is required by applicable law or supported by the relevant feature.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain deletion, access, correction, or data portability requests.


14. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Access personal information we maintain about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request a copy of your information
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Ponics' Pantry is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your location.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
