Account Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your Ponics' Pantry account and associated personal information by contacting:

Please include the email address associated with your Ponics' Pantry account and state that you are requesting account deletion.

If Ponics' Pantry is available through the Apple App Store and supports account creation, account deletion may also be initiated from within the app.

Account deletion may result in the loss of recipes, recipe versions, shopping lists, notes, photos, shared-space access, account preferences, comments, private substitutions, memories, and other content associated with your account.

Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

For privacy-related requests, including access, correction, deletion, or questions about how Ponics' Pantry handles user information and private recipe content, contact:

Technical Issues

When reporting a technical issue, please include as much of the following as possible:

• The email address associated with your Ponics' Pantry account
• The device you are using
• Your browser or app version, if known
• A short description of what happened
• The steps that led to the issue
• Any screenshots that may help us understand the problem

Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information by email.
